We stayed at that hotel a couple years ago and it is fabulous. You can get just about any type water sports right on the beach. The hotel has a small casino and there are other hotels and restaurants within walking distance.

There is little or no sightseeing on the island but the beaches are great. Its a dry island, not green at all, and its windy there all of the time. But the wind keep the bugs and humidity away; so that's good.
