I leave my single slice of bread out overnight..

next morning I mix one egg with a tablespoon of milk a tsp of sugar and an extract (Almond) beat until smooth

I have a small rectangular pan from the frozen meals to pour the egg into.

I allow the bread to absorb all the egg by flipping

I cook on a very low heat on each side to insure the egg cooks all through 3 min's each side..

I add lots of butter powdered sugar or what ever I have

    the simplest way for me.

    ingrediants:

    eggs [about 2]

    bread [sliced loafed bread]

    sugar

beat the egg/s into a boal,

add sugar [depends on your taste]

    when done whisking,

get the bread and let it swim into the mixture until soaked on both sides.

then you fry them on a flat pan.

not too much oil. think pancakes when you fry em.

    :]
