windows vista upgrade install error?

I hate computer problems, but here it goes. yesterday i bought windows vista upgrade. currently on my pc i have xp, but when i try to run the cd for installing vista i get this error message.WINDOWS COULD NOT LOAD REQUIRED FILE WIN-SETUP.DLL. THE FILE MAYBE CORRUPTED TO INSTALL WINDOWS RESTART INSTALLATION ERROR CODE 0X45A. I have done some research on-line but it isn't really clear how to skip this message and just install the thing. i Hope you guys and girls can help. thanks

    Operating system installed, I suggest you re-install genuine system

    Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.pcboostcleaner.com
