But what sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap is, of course, the special stone pot.

"But what sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap is"

what sets (物體1) apart from (物體2) is the (兩者的分別)

What sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap is the special stone pot.

what sets a genius apart from normal people is, undoubtedly, their intelligence.

    拿走undoubtedly(undoubtedly是毫無疑問地), 會變成

what sets a genius apart from normal people is their intelligence.

what sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap is

    apart from →(3)有別於

    what→(5)的地方

    is→(6)是....

what sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap = 主詞子句

在這裏的what是代表the thing that ..., 所以整個句子可看成 But "the thing that sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap" is ...

What worries me is how we are going to live after the accident. (What worries me) is [how we are going to live after the accident].

又如你原來的句子, 若將bibimbap看成是 is的主詞, 也不對, 句子就會變成 bibimbap is the stone pot了.

首先要知道 sets sth. apart from sth.

所以 what sets dolsot bibimbap apart from normal bibimbap is the stone pot.
