What is best value for a man's tuxedo required for regular but infrequent use?

While one generally gets what one pays for, there are certainly bargains out there. (And remember--a $300 tuxedo with $50 of tailoring looks better than a $1500 tuxedo without.)

Even with a 100% cotton pleated-front turn-down collar shirt, black cummerbund and self-tying bow tie, studs, cufflinks, and shoes, you shouldn't break the bank.
