Shouldn't Jurrassic Park be sued for false advertising?

Example the name is Jurrassic Park, but the T-rex didn't appear until the late Cretaceous, the very LAST stage of dinosaurs

Jurassic sounds better is probably more marketable, and the author of the original novels Michael Crichton chose to use "Jurassic" for the title

Were you there? So you have no proof that there was no dinosaurs that could have looked like T-Rex during that time without being said T-Rex.(maybe like the P-rex and the Q-rex)

I'm with you. I'd also like to sue 12 Angry Men, because one of the guys was just a little bit miffed.

They can call it Baby Joe's if they feel like it - they have naming rights.
