I live in Toronto, Canada and in a couple of years Ramadan will be in June and in those days the difference between Sunrise Sunset will be from 5:36 am to 9:03 pm (15 hours and 26 minutes).

And on the other side of the globe in the southern hemisphere, there's a city in Argentina called Ushuaia and during June there sunrise is at 10:00 am and the sun sets at 5:10 pm (7 hours and 10 minutes).

So my question is it okay/haram to live in Toronto during the other 11 months and during Ramadan i will live in Ushuaia so I can significantly cut down the time that I have to fast.

This is a serious question. Im a perfectly healthy 25 year old male but i just dont want to fast that long.
