客戶欲取消訂單 貿易英文 急件

很訝異聽到你想要取消88訂單, 因為八月份我們通知要出貨時候, 你很明白告訴我們你要等到八月底在做電匯, 要我們九月份安排出貨. 並且也在8/5詢問了運費價格, 也告訴我們台灣這邊運費比較便宜, 所以要用台灣這邊的船公司. 而不是貴公司指定船公司.

更重要的一點是, 昨天你也重新詢問了一次運費, 我們也重新報了一次價格給你. 我們很好奇為什麼要突然取消訂單呢? 因為貨物全部都已經生產好了, 正等待你的電匯現金. 這樣子突然取消. 會造成我們很大的困擾.

是不是取消或是安排出貨, 我們等候你的最後確認~

另外關於新訂單, 正在詢問九月份最新運費價格, 待一有消息, 我們會立即傳訂單給你. 請耐心等候. 謝謝

    做貿易的風險很大, 買方隨意下單又在貨品生產完畢後隨意取消訂單, 造成賣方的損失. 通常除非是很熟悉的老客戶, 否則在非信用狀的交易上, 一般在確認訂單同時必須要求20~30%預付款作為履約保證, 這樣客戶就不敢輕易冒損失20~30%的風險來取消訂單,

    已按照您的意思擬妥email如下:

    Dear Sir,

    很訝異聽到你想要取消88訂單, 因為八月份我們通知要出貨時候, 你很明白告訴我們你要等到八月底在做電匯, 要我們九月份安排出貨. 並且也在8/5詢問了運費價格, 也告訴我們台灣這邊運費比較便宜, 所以要用台灣這邊的船公司. 而不是貴公司指定船公司.

    With quite a surprise we learnt of your intention of cancelling PO# 88. When we advised you in early August that we were ready to effect shipment, you clearly advised us to wait for your wire transfer by end of August and to re-schedule shipment in September. You also inquired the freight charges on August 5th and told us the freight quoted in Tawiwan is cheaper, so you would prefer shipping through a shipping company at our side instead of designating one by your good selves.

    It is surprised to learn you want to cancel order no. 88. In originally by August, we had informed you the shipping schedule. But due to you confirmed the payment would be arranged by end of August only, so you asked us to re-schedule the delivery in September. You had also inquiried the freight cost by August 5, and found it was cheaper to go by our quoted freight. So, you asked to arrange the delivery through our cooperated shipping company, not your appointed one.

    Moreover, you have also double-checked the freight yesterday, and we quoted to your information again. We are wondering for why you want to cancel this order suddenly? Because all the cargo has been ready for delivery, just waiting for your arrangement of T/T payment. Your cancellation of this order so suddenly has caused us a lot of problem.

    We are still hold and waiting for your final confirmation of cancel it or arranging for delivery.

    As to the new order, we are still checking updated freight cost for September. As soon as we get the details, we will send the Proforma Invoice to your approval. Please be patient on this, thanks.

    有時候, 中文信和英文信的表達格式不儘然都是一樣, 我只做了一點點的句形位置, 段落, 和文詞變動, 但仍完整的保留你所要講的:

    We are very surprised that you want to cancel the 88 order and do not understand why your concerns of the sudden cancellation. In Augast, we informed you the goods are ready for shipment, and you clearly told us that you would arrange the payment by the end of August and requested us to arrange the devliery in September. On 5th August, you also checked the freight costs at your end and fould that the forwarder agent in Taiwan offers cheaper price, so you would like to use the forwarder agent in Taiwan instead of your designated forwarder agent. Moreover, yesterday, you asked the freight cost again and asked us to re-quote you the price. We wonder very much what has cuased you to instruct a sudden cancelation?

    Your ordered goods are completed and waiting for your payment for delivery. Your sudden cancelllation would cause us a huge confusion. Please do confirm us again if you would like to cancel the order or to arrange the shipment for it. We wait for your further reply.

    Regard with the new order, we are asking for the update freight cost in September, and as soon as we have the answer, we will send you the Proforma Invoice. Thank you for your patient waiting.

    你敍述客人若取消訂單會造成你們的困擾, 又因為你們下一段又讓客人選擇是還是要取消訂單, 所以我只保守的直翻 '困擾' 為 'confusion'. 不然, 我本來想應該是要表達這樣會造成很大的 '損失' (losts). 你自己決定嘍!

    還有最後一段, 你說會傳新訂單給客人, 我想你指的是預估訂單 - Proforma Invoice. 應該没錯吧!

    According to previous mail,you were going to T/T by end of Aug and arrange shipment in Sept.

    Remember we had inform you the shipping fee in 5 Aug and you agreed the amount is cheaper if use forwarder in Taiwan.

    Moreover yesterday we inform you the update shipping fee for this Sept,we are very wondering why you decided to cancel it?

    As goods are all ready and await for payment,this cancellation effect company running.
