1:Science helps us understand the world arouund us ,but

there are still many things that we do nit know or cannot

explain .For example ,we are still not sure why dinasaurs became

    extinct long time ago.

Also,Science cannot provide solutions to many to many

problems in today's world ,such as war and injustice.

Science can be good to the society. However ,if it is not used

properly,it can be harmful. For example,we can make use of nuclear

energy to produce electricity, but we can also use it to make atomic

bombs.Atomic bombs can be disaster to use.

2:Science in the broadest sense refers to any system of knowledge attained by verifiable means. In a more restricted sense, science refers to a system of acquiring knowledge based on empiricism, experimentation, and methodological naturalism, as well as to the organized body of knowledge humans have gained by such research. This article focuses on the meaning of science in the latter sense.

Scientists maintain that scientific investigation must adhere to the scientific method, a process for developing and evaluating natural explanations for observable phenomena based on empirical study and independent verification. Science typically, therefore, rejects supernatural explanations and arguments from authority.
