Need help with arbitration rules?

What are some arbitration rules that would be used when filing a labor issue (injury on the job)

    Look to - that's the website for the american arbitration association. They have their normal arbitration rules, which would most likely be used in your situation. A General rule in arbitration is that the arbitrator's decision is normally final and that there is no appeal process (as there would be in a lawsuit in the court system.) Another general rule in arbitration is that the rules of evidence are normally more relaxed and not as stringent as they are in a lawsuit.
