why do the employee stamp your hand when you go to chuck e cheese?

Every group that comes in gets a different stamp, to ensure that all of your group leaves together. Kids get left behind apparently. It's a safety precaution so no one steals your child also.Source(s): Girlfriend wears the mouse suit.

If you go in with a child, they stamp both your hands so that you go out with the same child you went in with. This prevents any predators from walking in and taking a kid randomly. In theory anyway.

They do this so that that no stranger can take your kid and claim that your kid was theirs.
