Can I do 100 squats a day?

If I can do 300 squats in 1 set,then will doing 100 squats every day be safe?

    yeahh,

    im a dancer and i have to do about 3 sets of 100 squats in the morning and at night.. it really strengthens your legs!

    You can easily do Hindu Squats daily. They work the calves, thighs, butt, low back, chest and lungs.

    yes it will be safe, but what you won't get very much stronger with that kind of plan. If you just want to burn calories, that's fine, but if you want to be stronger check the info here http://kingoflifts.blogspot.com/
