Some athletes , that are in really good shape and have excellent pumping power of their heart , have a heart rate as slow as 35 .
Its not how slow you heart beats , but how much blood is pumped with each beat . Your heart is a muscle , and if it is developed , it can pump more blood with each stoke , and does not need to pump faster than other people .
Usually 60 to 100 is normal , but if you are in good shape , less is also normal .
It's only a problem if your are having symptoms , of a low heart rate , like , fainting or dizziness , or low blood pressure .
