Can someone please give me workouts on how to build muscle?
i want bigger muscles but i dont have any good workouts with dumbbells to do it..........i have 2, 12 lb dumbbells that i use and i want some good workouts using those....i also have a pull up bar that i use......can someone please help....and if you could give clear examples on how to do the workout that would be great thanks....

To really build a powerful muscular frame, you’re going to need to include “The Big Three” in your program somewhere.
These are: the bench press, deadlift, and squat.
This means you are going to have to invest in either a better home gym set, or a gym membership. A couple of 12 pound dumbbells will not get you results for long, if any.
