Okay, I had 6150 integrated, so I know just how painfully dated the chip is. Anyway, I see you have a PCI-E 16X card slot. Given the right power supply, that opens you up to any card but the insane ones that won't stay cool without an enthusiast case with great airflow. As for the power supply, you only have a 300 watt one. Change that, and you're good to go. All the following cards will work in your PC with an aftermarket power supply, and are tiered in order of performance, excluding the deadlocked HD3860 and 9600GSO.
Good power supplies for the money:
Antec Earthwatts 430. Built by SeaSonic, it's actually under rated and is quite stable.
600 watt OCZ for 45$. Built by FSP, it's not bad save for high ammounts of ripple. At the current price, it's still a good upgrade option as you'll never be running it close to capacity.
Asustek HD3850. It's only about as fast as an 8800GS/9600GSO, but it's also only 60$. That's a great value on a card that was pretty high end just a year ago.
9600GSO. Really just a hobbled 8800GT, it's still pretty fast for 80$, especially because its factory overclocked and has premium cooling
8800GT. Classic standby, it still offers good performance for its price.
HD4850. New value-enthusiast wonderchild, it spanks even the 200$ 9800GTX.
