Western "stare down song"..was on Big Fat Liar?

What is the name of the popular gunslinger sounding song that comes up in western movies when cowboys have a stare down? It's the song on Big Fat Liar when Marty and Jason have the stare-down on the backlots

    The Good Bad and the Ugly comes to mind but not having seen the movie I am not sure. I did look up the soundtrack but don't recognize anything on it.
