is it ok if i...........................................

stretch, well u see 4 months ago i strained a muscle by doing the splits wihtout warming up or stretching,when i stretch my legs the muscle that istrained hurts a little,can i still stretch or not.im a gymnast so i need to stretch every few days or so, plz give me some advice

    i would. just so u can get back to your normal routine for gymnastics.

    dont do too much. little by little.

    dont do too much of the ones that strain your muscles a lot.
