idea for a workout plan 14 year old

i made this i just dont have reps and stuff like that but i want to know what you guys think

sunday:shoulders - lateral raises, shoulder dumbbell press

chest - push ups, dips, dumbbell flyes

monday:rest

tuesday:back - bent over rows, chin ups

arms - dumbbell curls, tricep extinsion, dips

wendsday:rest

thursday:legs - squats, lunges

forearms - forearm curls

friday:rest

saturday:abs - crunchs, hanging leg raises

so i need to know anything else stuff like what reps and sets i should do
