How can I get a farm driving license in Kentucky?

My friend told me that it is possible if you're 15 in Kentucky to obtain a special license that allows you to drive farm vehicles if you own a farm. I've looked for a little while now and can't find any evidence of this in the state of Kentucky. I would appreciate some feedback.

No special licence needed as long as you are driving a farm vehicle (tractor, truck) on farm business ( driving from field to field, mowing road right-of-ways, driving a truck load of watermelons to the watermelon stand)..

It does not include takeing Dad's Duallie out on a date, or driving a 1-1/2 ton bob truck to Dairy Queen......
