What should a 13 or 14 year old girl do to lose weight but without spending money?

at home with no equipment maybe dance routines? Im not sure.

    Walk everywhere you need to go instead of getting a drive. I know people who have lost huge amounts of weight just by walking.

    push ups will tend to make your bust fuller and situps will tend to give you a flatter stomach.
