can meditation replace sleep
i think so because when i meditate i don't need to sleep and also i heard the yogis meditated so much they didn't need to sleep they sad it was a waste of time or something

I don't think so. When your body is tired enough it will fall asleep.
Meditation can help relax you. When I use to meditate it made me feel tired and want to sleep.
