hi everyone I'm looking for a really good Italian or Spanish female baby name because our family is Italian and Spanish(like from Spain)and she wants a really good authentic name and she has asked me to ask you guys because she needs some help so thanks.

    I think Gianna is a very nice names. I also like Julia for a Spanish name. Another unique Spanish name is Magali and Pamela...pronounced Pa-mel-uh.
