Shakespeare question

I need to know the answer to a question involving theater in Shakespeare's time.

While sets were minimal, elaborate ________ were often worn by the actors.

    Elizabethan acting costumes, although not at all historically accurate, were pretty elaborate--silks and satins, lots of decorative lace and fake jewels, feathers and ruffles for the rich and noble characters, extravagant rags and patches for the poor ones.
