What is the best way to get defined abs?
Every night I do 4 sets of 50 bicycle crunches and 3 sets of 1 minute 6 inches, and I was just wondering is there any way i could integrate weights or some other workouts to really define my abs, because its taking forever! Any input would help.

The most important thing is to practice variety. Don't let your muscles get too used to one particular movement. They need change for fast growth. There are tons of different movements and the internet is a great place to find them.

Weighted Ab Movements. Examples: Cable Crunches, Weight Hanging Leg Raises, Standing Obliques With 45lb Weight, Weighted Sit Ups (Holding a plate)

there are plenty of other exercises to help you get a six pack...you could do oblique v-ups where you lay on your side and do like a sit up touching your elbow to your thigh, do 25 then switch sides...you could do weighted crunches to give more resistance...you could do the mason twist..you sit on your but raise your legs lean back a bit grasp your hands and hit the floor on either side of you...those work really well...you can also pick up a cheasp pair of ankle weights..that will and resistance and work great...i was doing abs for awhile then i started this workout and using the ankle weights and i have seen great improvements!!
