    Hold your hand on top of the chocolate for about 30 seconds this will warm it and allow you to get good curls. Then use a potato peeler and peel off your curls. If it starts splitting or looking more like grinds then peels rewarm your chocolate.

    Use a potato peeler on a block of chocolate.

    Don't you just take a chocolate bar and scrape it with a knife?
