You are absolutely right that Bux sites come and go overnight. Before joining a program I make sure that the site has paid its members and that I will not get ripped off.

I like to check http://www.getpaidforum.com and http://www.ptctalk.com before I join and see that there are proof of payment screen shots or that people are not complaining about not being paid.

I like to reward the sites that do pay by posting screen shots on my blog to show others that there are reliable, paying sites out there that people should not be afraid to join.

Technically it is cheating when a person uses a hack to make the website visiting timer go faster or if the user opens multiple pages at a time. The whole multiple views at a time is considered cheating because you dont get a "clean" look at the page your visiting (thats what the PTC site wants you to do. Get a good look at the page). Also you spend less time on the main PTC site anyway so it causes you to see the fixed ads (the ads from Adbrite or the google ads thing) so the site owner doesnt make as much money from those fixed ads. I actually have set up a PTC site and you can join if you want. I also plan on setting up a second one.

    Heres the one that exists:

You just have to be careful. Look up proof of payments (not on the website) from real people and definitely do not invest anything in a site that is less than a year old. I am addicted to PTC sites and reviewing them daily to see which ones will pay and which ones are scams.
