Frozen vegetables. Fresh produce is the best, but frozen vegetables last much longer and are easy to prepare.

Frozen juice, hash browns, Fish sticks, Frozen ravioli or tortellini.

Big bags of frozen chicken breasts or fish.

    Frozen lasagna.

    Ice cream.

    Pantry stuff:

Coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate mix (and marshmallows)

    Cooking oil.

    Soup.

    Instant oatmeal.

Macaroni and cheese. Well, don't live on the stuff, but there's nothing wrong with mac and cheese for a quick meal.

    Canned tuna.

    Onions and potatoes.

Baking basics. Flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder.

    Peanut butter.

    Pasta and sauce.

    Cereal bars or granola bars.

Powdered drink mix. Things like Crystal Light or ice tea mixes are way cheaper than buying lots of soda.

    Cookies.

    Cleaners:

    Dish soap, windex, toilet cleaner

    Spices:

    Salt

    Black pepper

    Garlic powder

    Garlic salt

    Onion powder

    Parsley

    Oregano

    Basil

    Cilantro

    Chili powder

    Cayenne pepper

    Red pepper flakes

    Cinnamon

    Nutmeg

    Cloves

    Allspice

    Paprika

    Ginger

    Cumin

    Thyme

    Rosemary

    Dill

    Sage

    Celery salt

    Curry powder

    Condiments:

    Ketchup

    Mustard, yellow or brown

    Salsa

    Salad dressing

    Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

    Butter or margarine

    Barbecue sauce

    Parmesan cheese

    Pickle relish

    Soy sauce

    Steak sauce

    Worcester sauce

Tabasco sauce or similar hot sauce

    Lemon juice

    Vinegar

    Honey

    Sour cream

    Sweet and sour sauce

Chocolate syrup and other sundae toppings

    Tartar sauce

    Cocktail sauce

    Creamy horseradish sauce

    Ramen noodles

    Chef boyardee microwaveable cups

    Mac & cheese

Dried pasta dishes (found next to the mac & cheese)

    Rice a Roni

    Potato chips, pretzels

These can all be made in the microwave. You didn't mention if you have a full kitchen, hot plate, just a stovetop, oven, etc. Also it would help to know if you have a regular fridge for storing stuff like fresh veggies or fish.

Ramen, beer, pasta.. Rotate in the order you like them best or on days of the week. Maybe for a date you might want to splurge and go all out with some pasta sauce for your date.

Cleaning solutions should be "green" if possible so windex would not be a good idea but Clorox has a line of "green" cleaning solutions that might be good.

    Pizza

    Beer

    More Pizza

    Lots More Beer.

That seems to be the standard sophomore menu in most colleges. LOL
