Frozen vegetables. Fresh produce is the best, but frozen vegetables last much longer and are easy to prepare.
Frozen juice, hash browns, Fish sticks, Frozen ravioli or tortellini.
Big bags of frozen chicken breasts or fish.
Coffee, tea bags, hot chocolate mix (and marshmallows)
Macaroni and cheese. Well, don't live on the stuff, but there's nothing wrong with mac and cheese for a quick meal.
Onions and potatoes.
Baking basics. Flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder.
Pasta and sauce.
Cereal bars or granola bars.
Powdered drink mix. Things like Crystal Light or ice tea mixes are way cheaper than buying lots of soda.
Dish soap, windex, toilet cleaner
Red pepper flakes
Mustard, yellow or brown
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Butter or margarine
Tabasco sauce or similar hot sauce
Sweet and sour sauce
Chocolate syrup and other sundae toppings
Creamy horseradish sauce
