How can I tell how old a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch is

There are plenty of marking on the bottom of the bottle, is there anyway i can find out what these markings mean?

Are you checking to see if it's aged, or are you just checking for freshness. Liquor doesn't age, once it's put in a bottle, so that time doesn't count toward the aging.
