Did I eat too much today?
I'm on a diet, not because I'm overweight, but because I feel like I need to.
A turkey sandwich (bread, slice of turkey, lettuce, and a bit of mustard)
Two cookies (cinnamon and oatmeal I think)
A salad (bowl of lettuce w/ a serving or so of Thousand Island Free dressing)
A slice of bread w/ peanut butter (white bread because we have no wheat)
A bowl of Campbell's chicken noodle soup
Did I eat too much? I wasn't able to exercise today, but I normally do a couple hours of dance a day. About how much was it? I feel really guilty about it =/
