Disease progression will depend on whether the tumor is a low, medium, or high grade type. The lower the grade, in general, the slower the growth (months, years) . .however if you have a high grade tumor type than disease progression can be very, very fast (days to months). So, you will need to establish what the grade of the disease is in order to determine the time to progression . . but even that can be wrong. Cancer can sometimes become 'dormant' for an undetermined amount of time and than suddenly reappear . . so nothing is guaranteed.
