how do you do a fada and keep a capital E on an Irish/European keyboard?

like when I press CTRL, ALT and e at the same time i get - é,

but if I want it to be a capital E and have a fada on it - doing different combinations nothing works, it always ends up being a little e. Anyone know how you get a capital E with a fada please? thanks

Dáil Éireann and Bus Éireann have it so it can be done.

Update:

I copied and pasted Dáil Éireann and Bus Éireann off wikipedia so I didn't type them.

Hold down the "Alt" key, and type 144 on the number pad: É

Would that be o.k. Bus Èireann or Dáil Éireann?

Press the key left to the "backspace-key´" on the top-line of your keyboard, and afterwards the É.

I've just checked and seen that you might have another keyboard-layout in UK than we have in continental Europe. In the case you need to push the "AltGr" key and type the capital E. Hope it works,
