For interview: explain a time when you had a customer that was unhappy?

    Basically in an interview where they ask this question they just want to see your reasoning skills.

    So state what happened and the steps you took to correct the situation. Don't select one that you didn't correct.

    Also try to use a recent experience if possible it looks better.

    Make sure to explain that the customer came in with a complaint --explain the complain--do not place blame----explain what you did, then explain how you helped the customer calmly--without judgement--explain how the customer felt after you helped---explain how you believe that customers just want someone who is willing to listen and help them in a quick, efficient manner, with a smile.

    If you're going on the interview, shouldn't *you* tell them about a time *you* had a customer who was unhappy, and what *you* did about it?
