how tall do you think i'm gonna be?how can i grow taller?

i'm currently 16and a month old 5'8 and wear size 9 and a half shoes. how tall do u think i can be and how can i increase it.

    its hard to predict how tall you will be without knowing you and such. it depends on the genetics of your family.

    all i can say is you still have a lot of growing to do. you might grow another few inches, as the average guy grows until he is around 21 or so.

    You can grow taller by practising various stretching exercises. The best exercise for growing taller is swimming. Get a trainer and swim your *** off at least two times a week for about 40 minutes to an hour. Swimming is a great sport and will have many benefits.     us guys do grow til we are older but it is very hard to say. cos u r 16 you could still grow a bit more.

    Mainly it is down to your genetics and your hereditary.

    if most of your family are 6ft there are cahnces hat you will be the same. you shouldn´t worry though cos that is an okay height and you will grow.

    there are always alternative methods like growth pills or testosterone shots but that is only for extreme cases like really short people

    could lay in the back of the truck and tie your arms to the front and have your legs still there in the back and just have the guy go 60 or 90 mph something like that

    people in the navy and stuff used to do that to get a couple more inches so they can join some stuff.

    You cannot predict height for a person:genes decide how tall you will be and you cannot increase it.

    But men grow till their early twenties,so chance are big you will be taller

    Sleep in a room that is dark, quiet and fresh smelling.

    Sleep with clean, soft, and comfortable clothes.

    Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.

    Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.

    Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.

    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

    After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

    Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat

    Milk Cheese Apples

    Green Vegetables Potatoes Nuts
