Our body is made of bacteria. thats how our imune system keeps it self on check. If our toungues do have salmonella, im sure theamount is very small and not dangerous.

But then again im no doctor. Check it up on a search engine

One should not find salmonella on one's tongue. It might be found, although not common, in the small intestine.
