How to build up muscles on your back?
Like where your shoulder blades are and spine, because i dont think my muscles are very good there. If i move my shoulder i can hear my bones cracking ... its a bit weird. And theres nothing wrong, ive been to doctor, just need to build up muscles.
And i cant do swimming, which i used to, because its winter .. very cold!

There are many different back exercises to choose from. For the upper back, which is the area i think your talking about the best exercises are pullups, and lat pulldowns, barbell row and machine row. one arm dumbell rows are also great to target that area.
