退還柤屋按金

本人一個月前退租,租約訂明退租後一個月內業主退還按金.本人向業主追收按金,業主稱要我提供所有用其住址申請服務費用之繳費證明.本人於是將水,電,煤結戶賬單,有線及上網費用過數之信用咭月結單交予業主,但業主稱有線及上網的月結單並無其住址,不能證明.於是本人聯絡服務商,最後有線能提供印有地址月結單,但上網無此服務,只能讓業主致電核實本人已轉地址及無欠費.

想問如果業主以上網費用未有文件證明而拖欠本人按金,是否已屬違法?是否可到小額錢債追討按金?

    You have a right to take a legal action against your landlord in Small Claim

    Tribunal.
