    Cut out

    1. deepfried stuff eg KFC, french fries, McD, etc

    2. anything fr a can or a packet eg soft drinks, cereals

    3.anything made fr flour eg bread, pasta, cake, cookies

    Eat 3 balanced meals of

    50%raw salad, 20 %carb n 30%protein

    1. salads with dressing of olive oil/lemon juice

    2. lean meat eg chicken, fishgrilled/baked

    3. boiled/baked potato, broccoli, cauli, pumpkin

    Excercise with power walking or sprinting if u r fit for 20 min twice a day

    Sleep fr 11.00 to 7.30am with a catnap of 15 min during the day.

    When u wake up, drink 4 glasses of water straightaway.That will detox ur body. Follow that with the juice of 1 lemon in a glass of warm water.

    Fill up 2 one liter bottles and drink ur water hrly.

    After every meal, make sure you have 1 apple n 1 pear.

    Drink 3 cups of Green Tea daily.

    Your breakfast: 1 lowfat sugar free yoghurt. 1 egg softboiled. A small bowl of oats flavoured with fresh berries.

    or Some cold chicken instead of egg.

    Snacks between meals should be fruits or crunchy veg

    Posture is very important, pull in ur tummy and butt. Look in the mirror sideways.

    Immediately u will straighten up and ur posture improves. U must continue holding in ur tummy whenever u can remember, sitting down or standing up.This is called the vacuum, a powerful excercise to hold in ur slack muscles to produce a flat belly.

    Wear ur tightest pair of jeans to keep the flat belly in.The principle is similar to a corset.But beware it is not so tight as to cut off ur circulation!

    Then u have to enlist the help of ur family, esp ur mum, cos she wil be the one cooking the food for u!

    Show her ur plan of action, and with the whole family behind u, ur belly fat, and theirs will soon be gone..

    First make sure you eat 6 small meals a day amounting to your set amount of calories you should have, according to your height a weight. I'm 5' 5" and 115 lbs and eat 1500 cal. a day in order to lose that belly fat. When you work out you should do it in the morning. For a workout you should do some cardio (10-15 min.) like running to start. Then wait 5-10 minutes and eat some almonds, they are a good thing to eat before a workout, help with fat burning. Then do a pilates workout right after, you can find them on you-tube. (10-15 min) Then rest a little and go straight to doing some more cardio, preferably interval training for 20 min. ( when you stay at target heart rate for 5 min then boost up to max. heart rate for 2 min) you can look up interval training for more in depth explanation. Just keep it up and make sure to eat healthy, and in the amount of calories you should take in in order to burn fat. Within a week you should look good if you keep it up. Good luck!

    no no no. im the same age as you. and all that written above is a grueling task. we shouldn't be worrying about that at our age, i know all about the magazines with the perfect bellys and stuff but if you really wanna get a flat tum why not take up a sport. its a great way to get fit. also walkin to places rather than going in the car, walk to school, take the dog out and just try to eat abit healthier, more fruit and veg and more water. its good for you =) oh and why not get your friends round and make a dance, you'll be getting fitter and having fun at the same time. good look hun. you'll be there in no time. just remember don't go crazy about the whole dieting and grueling exercise programme take up a sport. x

    You can't spot reduce fat from your body with exercise, but you can lose fat from your body.

    Your body will take its energy from where ever it chooses, and, it usually isn't from the areas you want reducing!

    Try power walking every day, and, if you are able to get to a Pilates matwork class, this will lengthen, strengthen & tone your body - in particular your mid-section.

    If you are self-conscious about your tummy, look at your body and decide what you like best, then make the most of your favourite area.

    If your tummy is your problem area, don't wear anything that is going to make this look fat. Show off your good bits, that way no one will notice your imperfections and think you look fab!

    i loose a lot of belly fat by running i run liked 2 miles every 3 days.

    You might do better to replace an occasional dinner that has a nice roll in the hay. Healthy sex may help control the number of food you eat and it truly is great exercise.

    Don't confuse being thirsty with hunger. Drink a glass of water if you feel hungry to see in the event that's what you're really craving.
