What does "I like the cut of your jib" mean?

I've heard it said a lot.

Update:

I mean, where did it come from? What's a jib?

I think a jib is a nautical term but not exactly sure which part of the boat it refers to.

Seems like the basically meaning would be "I like your style" or "I like how you do that."
