Throttle Positon Sensor... (TPS)?

Question

88 silverado...replaced TPS in May

its bad again

just bad luck or is there another cause and repair I will need to look for???

its hard for me to believe that the second one wen't bad without some other cause

any ideas??? please

could be, but my dad went through 3 of them on his ford escort in 6 months, then it never broke again.

nope they usually just fail on there own...
