5-4-3-2-1 diet help?
i am going to do the 5-4-3-2-1 diet and bike ride 9 miles a day can i lose 17 pounds in 2-3 weeks
im desperate im 13 5foot2 135 pounds

The best way to loose weight is to lift weights as well as doing cardio(riding your bike,jogging,etc)your body continues to burn fat up to 2 hours after your done lifting weights.If you just do cardio then your body will only burn fat up to 5 mintues after your done.

17 lbs in a 2-3 pounds may be possible but very dangerous. I got rid of 30 lbs in 2 months but with hardcore workout and diet. Try doing 6 miles of jogging and some weight lifting. Also eat the proper food and never go over 2000 calories. 17 lbs would be possible in a month I guess.

why even go on such a fad diet?the weight will come back after you stop it...cardio and toning exercises 6 days a week added with a calorie shifted healthy food portions will keep you slim for life...no diets please!2 or 3 cheat meals a week is fine and drink only water...Dont lose beyond 4 lbs/weekSource(s): personal experience
