Wetseal and Urban Outfitters have those. I think the shutter ones are at Wet Seal, and also at those little carts in the middle of the mall.

Urban has the bright pairs in the first picture, I've seen them there.

The wayfarers you could get at lots of places. They have purple ones at Delias (around $6) and in glasses stores they have RayBan ones which are pretty expensive usually.
