So I just took in too much protein, what do I do now?

I took in too much protein today (powder form) and Now im feelings kinda dizzy. What should I do now?

is there anything I can eat to get rid of it faster?

    protein in any form does not make a person dizzy, that is from something else. maybe you had a very intense workout and were not breathing properly, etc.

    the body will digest whatever is in the stomach

    as you have been told, drinking about a gallon of water will help get rid of it faster.

    i know that feeling. just youtube some yoga and do that for like 5-10 mins, you should be fine after that.
