anyway, i know its a bar, but Rams Head Live.

its in Fells Point.

they play bands there like, every night.

Fort Reno in NW, DC used to have a free concert once a week in the summer. It was more punk rock but who knows that was 15 years ago.

I looked it up, they still have it. fortreno.com
