Well i was wondering if you have to do it for 10 days. can you only do it for 3 or 4?

Ohh and where can you find the grade b maple syrup? I can only find the grade a.

You can do it for as long as you want. Grade B maple syrup is available online, or at a health food store like Orchards, Trader Joe's, Mother's Market....
