If we get the violation notice, how can we reply to Yahoo and defend our answers and questions ?

Most notices include info on the procedure to follow to appeal. If yours doesn't, here's the address for a form you can use. Be calm, clear and logical in your appeal. Good luck.

On the violation notice page, It'll say "If you feel this was removed in error, please contact customer care" and then it gives you a link.

Yes you have to contact Customer (UN) Care & appeal it. they rarely do anything about it but I once I had my whole account suspended but then they reinstated it. Rarely happens though :( .
