You could probably find something almost identical to that at Abercombie(and Fitch), The Gap, or Old Navy.

Abercrombie, Hollister, Nordstroms, ..umm American Eagle! Lots of stores have those basic "layering" types of shirts.

you can go to nordstroms and if you dont have one you can order it off line. But i am sure that abercrombie and hollister will have stuff similar to that
