Not sure why you posted it twice, but that guy really needs to do something about his mic. He needs to move it to the side or get a pop screen.

Your voices are fine.

The subject matter is not terribly interesting, but not too boring either. Be careful who you put down - you may just come off sounding mean instead of clever.
