The cheapest way is a ticket from Miami to Buenos Aires (Aprox 500 dollars round trip) .You can rent a car in Arizona , drive to Miami, If you have a friend in Miami or near who let you park your car would be cheaper !!.
Look for friend or family in FL where you can park your car, and rent from there.
If not, take the greyhound to miami airport

you could maybe drive.
But gas would be just as expensive, so would be staying in hotels and having to pay for food and all.
So if you can figure the cost of driving and compare it to flying. I'm sure flying would be more expensive.
I know gasoline is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy cheaper in south america and central america, but it still would add up to a thousand dollars when you count in food and hotel expesnses.
just do some research on it and see which way would be cheaper.
goodluck.

look on spirit airlines. I just got back from Argentina and I flew Spirit. It was much cheaper than any other airline I found.
