I remember this song! He is not talking to anyone he says the word use to often I think he is talking about his past and the way he is singing you can tell!

a favourite singer of mine simply made a french album, and I best talk english, however i really like the album...despite the fact that i do not recognize a unmarried phrase! Plus, I like a couple of german songs, too
