During certain times of day you can chat with a recruiter online. The link is on the right side of the home page.
Here is the schedule.

The military isn't anywhere near as desperate to get people as when I was joining. They are not lying as much, if at all. When you are 17, with parental permission you can join the Delayed Entry Program. Once a month you will meet up with your recruiter and other candidates in the DEP and go over questions/concerns and maybe do some mild PT. It is a great program because it also counts towards your IRR (inactive ready reserve) time. Of course if your parents don't agree to the whole military thing, you will have to wait until you are 18. Prior to 18 you are wasting the recruiters time because they cannot do anything without your parents permission. Best of luck.

You should be in a delayed entry program, and be talking to live people. The Army has not gone automated yet you know.

Well you can go to their website and the best they can do is have a recruiter call you up.
